Have you ever had a wine spritzer? I have always associated them with preppy women in the eighties who played tennis, wore pearls and rocked a lot of twin sets. But for some reason, I started thinking about them lately, and I am happy to report these country club members were on to something.
A wine spritzer can be made in minutes and is the perfect drink to sip on your back patio as you welcome spring. Light and crisp, the overall experience is refreshing and not at all sweet. (I promise.) After making yours, invite me over for the next round. I’ll bring the spin dip.
