In college, my friend Brooke told me that she always painted her toes red in the fall and pink in the summer. At the time, I remember thinking this was a very chic and elegant idea. And although I do stray from it, I still find myself searching for the perfect pink every summer.

Currently, I’m in love with Essie’s “Bottle Service.” The color is vibrant and pretty. While it would look nice on toes, I’ve been wearing it on my nails.

If you’re pink averse, then I’d try this great orange from Essie, “Saturday Disco Fever.” It’s fantastic.
