So, I’m two for two. I finished the second book in my year of reading. This resolution just might happen.

I ended up reading, The Weird Sisters, a great little book told in an interesting voice for February. It took me a little while to get into the flow of the story. The narrator is sort of the collective voice of the sisters, and it takes some time to get used. That being said, it allows the reader to get to know the sisters well, including their secrets.

Each of the characters is richly described. Flawed and likeable, their evolution is well worth the read. Overall, I really enjoyed the book, and am excited to take on my third. I think this next month’s will be something light.
