3 Best Eyeshadows for Busy People

Lately, I have been on an eyeshadow purchasing spree. I’ve always loved emphasizing my eyes, and as a result, it’s a step I rarely skip. Over the years, I’ve tried a million palettes, but right now, these are the three best eyeshadows standing out above the rest. Two of which are really fast and easy to use.

1. Makeup By Mario Master Mattes® Eyeshadow Palette: The Neutrals

I fell in love with the formula of Makeup By Mario’s eyeshadows a while ago. But, although the Master Mattes Eyeshadow Palette has been in heavy rotation for over a year, I find the browns can be a little warmer than I’d like. He recently released this new version, and it is perfect. Absolutely, no notes from me.

I also really liked his Etheral Eyes palette. Unfortunately, this is limited edition and only out seasonally. While the colors are beautiful, I didn’t have as much use for the shimmery options as I would have liked. (I guess I’ll need to trade in my carpool duties for more nights out.)

2. Charlotte Tilbury Eyes to Mesmerize Cream

Last year, I turned into a cream eyeshadow girlie. This cream eyeshadow from Charlotte Tilbury was my gateway drug. It is so fast to apply and comes in a great range of shades. I love how the colors work well day or night. Right now, I have Oyster Pearl and Pillow Talk. Both are very pretty.

3. Merit Solo Shadow Cream-to-Powder Soft Matte Eyeshadow

Last, but certainly not least, is the highly coveted cream to powder eyeshadow from Merit. The shades are beautiful and very buildable. It goes on quickly.

Right now, I have Midcentury (brown), Social (purple), and Viper (green). My only complaint is the brush gunks up very quickly, muddying colors together if you’re swtiching between shades.
