When I was in my 20’s, I used to fly into a frenzy every time I had an event that needed a dress. I would run from store to store days before (or the day of) to find something to wear. Sometimes, I was successful, while others I spent way too much on something that wasn’t right.
Now, that I’m in my 30’s, I’ve started stocking up on dresses. If I find one I like, I buy it, knowing that when an event comes up I’ll be ready.
Because I am short and curvy, fit and flare and wrap dresses work really well on my figure, so when I found this one at Frankly Basic, I had a good feeling. (It helped that Caitlin dragged me to it.)
I paired it with my little fringed clutch, because why not? And, added a little slip underneath to keep my chest a little more PG instead of R. If your chest isn’t large, I’m sure you could skip the whole thing.
Dress | Earrings | Clutch | Shoes (old, Calvin Klein, but similar here)
