Today is National Donut Day. Let the fireworks begin.
In honor of this special holiday, I wanted to share my recipe for lemon blueberry donuts once again. Baked and studded with tart, juicy blueberries, they are as good as you might imagine. Make them today, or this weekend, in celebration. Cinderella dresses are optional.
I’d love to know, how will you be celebrating? Personally, my plans may involve sprinkles.
