Sometimes you just have to jump. Put both feet in and close your eyes to the imperfections along the way. In the spirit of taking risks, I’m sharing another how-to video, but this time, you can see me. And, I’m talking on camera, which is terrifying.

Luckily, making this cocktail isn’t. With just four ingredients and 2 minutes, you have something perfect for celebrating. You can watch the how-to video and then, follow the recipe below.

Champagne Cocktail
Serves 1

Ingredients:
Bottle of Cava, Prosecco or Sparkling Wine
1 Demerara sugar cube
A few dashes of Angosturra bitters
1 slice of strawberry

Directions:
Add a sugar cube to your champagne flute. Top with the sparkling wine of your choice. I used Cava. Then, top with a splash or two of bitters. Float in a slice of strawberry and enjoy!

Thanks Lori! I know, I was like “Huh? What?” when I watched it, but couldn’t figure out what was going on. I’ll try scooting it closer. Thanks for the tip. ๐Ÿ™‚
