And, I’m back! With really great moisturizers! You are welcome.
I don’t know about you, but between the dry indoor heat and cold winter air, my skin is crazy dry. I finally decided it was time to switch up my skin care routine, and I couldn’t be happier with some of my recent finds. I picked up all of these at Target, so they should be readily available just about anywhere.
The numbered list is shown from left to right.
1. Dove, Purely Pampering, Moisturizing Body Wash, Nutrium Moisture – This stuff is so light and lovely. It feels really luxe and foams nicely.
2. Cetaphil, Moisturizing Cream – I’ve used Cetaphil’s facial wash for years and really love it, so I was game to try this body cream out. It is seriously thick stuff. I’ve been using it on my arms and stomach to smooth out rough spots and have been pleased with the results.
3. Ponds, Cold Cream Cleanser – A month ago, I started having bright red dry patches all over my face. One of the first things I switched was my facial cleanser. I have had Ponds for a while to get off stubborn mascara, but like how soft my face feels in the evening after using it.
4. Burt’s Bees, Hydrating Lip Balm, Coconut and Pear – This chapstick is so moisturizing, and the coconut flavor tastes like vacation. Not too shabby for February.
5. Neutrogena, Hydro Boost Gel Cream – This stuff is new to the U.S. market, and it is fan-tas-tic. It smells great and is really light, while still being very moisturizing. If you only buy one item on this list, pick this up.
6. Burt’s Bees, Almond Milk, Beeswax Hand Creme – Almond scented and slightly grainy, this lotion has healed my cracked feet and wind chapped hands.
