You may have noticed I’ve done a little cleaning up around here. I decided to simplify things by keeping my categories to just a few big picture items:

EAT/DRINK: Recipes, cookbook reviews, wine picks and cocktails

ENTERTAIN: Books, guilty pleasures, pop culture and movie reviews

EXPLORE: City guides, local KC gems and great finds online

LOOK: Beauty and fashion

NEST: Anything happening around here, interior design and kid-related posts

I’ll still be covering the same kinds of things, but my hope is that this will make it easier to find what you’re looking for as you filter by Category in the sidebar.

The place where you’ll see the most significant change is the main menu. My About page is the same, but the rest have all been moved around. EAT/DRINK now has pages for each of the following: my recipes, our wine list and some helpful tips for feeding babies and toddlers. ENTERTAIN covers my reading list and will soon feature a his and hers recap of each of the AFI’s Top 100 movies. EXPLORE currently has a link to my bucket list.
