Despite the extreme heat, I’m dreaming of denim. There are a number of adventurous trends for the upcoming season like patterned, leather accented, coated or jewel toned jeans. and while I’ve got my eye on a pair of red or purple ones, I don’t think I’m ready to try the other styles. To pull off the other looks, I would need to be 100 percent on board, and personally, I don’t think I’m quite ready to rock coated jeans, but you never know.

Now that I’m post-baby, I’m looking at restocking my closet. It’s been over a year since I wore non-maternity jeans, and trust me, I could use a freshening up. So, here’s my essential denim shopping list for fall. What are your go to styles for denim?
