Oh, so you’re not a tween and haven’t heard about Jane By Design or seen it before?

Well, it’s adorable. Jane leads a double life. She’s a high school student who works as an Executive Assistant in fashion. Her office thinks she’s in her 20’s and school thinks she has an internship. Hijinks ensue. It’s exactly what I wanted in high school. Exactly. Here’s the promo from last season.

Reminiscent of a John Hughes movies, the show feels bubbly and real. While the premise is far-fetched, those achy high school insecurities are very relatable, and there are two crush worthy guys in Jane’s life, plus a dishy older brother. Tune in tonight to ABC Family to see Jane in action at 8:00 p.m. CST (right after Pretty Little Liars). (Yes, I’ll be watching both.)
