Since August, I’ve been tackling one food project each month. For November, I chose Indian food. While the timing might seem a little off, I imagine that by Saturday, when you’ve had your fill of turkey, something different might sound just right.
I chose simple recipes for Dal and Chicken Tikka Masala and was happy with the results. While I love the convenience of ordering in, I think both recipes will be making appearances at our home again. In fact, I’m itching to host a dinner party featuring Indian food and make this rice pudding.
Next month, I’m making cinnamon rolls from scratch and couldn’t be more intimidated. Any pointers or favorite recipes?
